The pressurized air distribution plenum delivers a supply air outlet uniformity of ±1.7°C (±3°F). The vertical down airflow provides superior airflow to all parts. This provides extremely consistent, repeatable process results. Air velocity and heater size allow for high product throughput rates. Small footprint requires minimal floor space.
Applications:
- Drying/Curing electronic components or circuit boards
- Curing PTFE parts and adhesives
- Epoxy curing
- General heat treat of small parts or assemblies

- #4 polished stainless steel exterior and stainless steel interior
- Conveyor speed variable from 2.5cm-25cm (1"-10") per minute
- Stainless steel tubular base stand with storage shelf
- 30cm (12") long entrance and 61cm (24") long exit extensions for product placement and removal
- Teflon guide rails to minimize particulate generation from the conveyor
