The UV360™ offers a reliable, short duration, validated process for external decontamination of pre-sterilized stopper bags, trays, tubs, and tools before they are introduced into a clean room or barrier isolator.
The patented UV360™ is a pass-through chamber that offers a cost effective method to quickly and positively decontaminate the exterior of these components or packages.
Versatile Design - Available in batch or continuous passthrough, the UV360 is designed to meet your production requirements. To simplify installation, the UV360™ operates at 120V/60Hz/1 phase.
6-Log Reduction - The UV360™ can provide up to a 6-log reduction of microbial activity on the surface of components or packages.
Simplified Validation - The UV360™ comes with documentation for qualification and validation simplifying the validation process. Despatch also offers on-site validation support.

- Relay logic controls with process timer, lamp continuity indicators and cycle start button.

- UV lamps are isolated from the work chamber in the event a lamp breaks, preventing isolator contamination.
- Individual lamp intensity can be verified without removing the lamps from the holders in the pass-through.
- Fused quartz inner tube and shelf eliminates shadows and provides a high level of transmissivity.
- Safety interlocks prevent opening the chamber during a cycle.
- End surfaces of chamber are plated so they reflect up to 80% of the effective energy for 6-side surface exposure.
