Despatch specializes in continuous process ovens with superior temperature uniformity and independently controlled heat and cool zones. Our exclusive walking beam design transports the disks through the oven and virtually eliminates the vibration and particulate contamination inherent in conveyor system designs.
Despatch systems are able to maintain class 100 conditions throughout the process at 350°C. In addition, Despatch products feature silicone free, stainless steel construction and simple-to use, accurate, programming capabilities and control systems.
